Repeat Prescriptions

Our Repeat Prescription Collection and Delivery Service is ideal for patients that take regular prescribed medication. We can order and collect your prescription on your behalf from your doctor’s surgery. Our highly qualified staff will then dispense your medication and deliver it direct to your home or any other nominated address. It will save you time on repeated journeys to and from your GP Surgery and Pharmacy. All you have to do is get in contact with us here at Five Ways Pharmacy using one of the methods below to let us know which medicines you require and we will handle the rest.

You can choose to use any ONE of the following 5 methods to contact us:

	Option 1 Call us during our opening hours on 0121 630 2680 to tell us which medicines you want to order. We are open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
	Option 2 Order your medication 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Online by clicking here, or by emailing us at Pharmacy.frk99@nhs.net
	Option 3 Fax Your regular repeat medication list to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on: 0121 535 7177.
	Option 4 Drop off the list of medicines you want to order in our secure box at the pharmacy premises in Ladywood. The secure box is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
	Option 5 Send your prescription request to us via Royal Mail post.

As soon as we receive your medication request we will contact you to let you know when your medication will be delivered. Your medicines will usually be delivered 3 working days after we have received the request. We will therefore need a contact phone number for you, so please remember to provide this when ordering your medication using one of the methods stated above.

‘One Off’ NHS or Private Prescriptions

If you have an actual prescription that you have obtained from a medical practitioner that you would like us to dispense please contact us with the details of your prescription. We can then advise you of the most efficient way to obtain that prescription from you. We would usually require you to send your prescription to us via Royal Mail Post or we can arrange collection of the prescription from you depending on your address and location. Once we have your prescription we can dispense it and arrange secure delivery of the medication to your home or other nominated address.
